The goal of this FREE meeting is for the client to meet their sitter. During this time, your sitter will learn your fur, feathered or finned kids routine so they can keep them on their regular schedule and keep their stress level low. Two copies of your house key must be provided. The sitter will make sure the keys work in your lock at the time of the meeting. We want to be sure we can visit your animals when they need us!
Ready Key Program- Your keys are coded, locked up and insured. One key is with your regular sitter and one is on file in the office for emergency backup. This also saves you money since the sitter will not need to pickup or drop off keys before and after services are completed. We do not allow keys to be left on your property. Garage codes can be used however two keys still need to be available due to electrical storms. We do not accept garage door openers. If you opt out of the Ready Key program you will be charged the cost of a day visit for each pickup and drop off. This program really gives you peace of mind and savings!
Credit cards (Mastercard or Visa) Credit card info must be called into our office one time to place this info in our PCI compliant file. Any future pet services will automatically be charged to your credit card on file. If your credit card is denied you must make another credit card or payment choice before services can be confirmed.
PayPal if you wish to pay by PayPal you must request an invoice thru our office (724-515-7790 or email email@example.com).
All reservations must be paid in full. We do not accept partial payments.
In order to best serve your needs, the cancellation policy is as follows –
Daily dog walks
Must cancel no later than 8:00am of the day service was requested (leave a message), or email for a credit for the following week. There are no cash or credit refunds.
Reservations may be made up to three months in advance. Payment is due at the time of reservation. There are no refunds for cancellation. Payments will be credited towards future services to be used within one year of the date of credit.
Any early returns from vacation will be charged 50% for all services that did not need to be completed but were scheduled at time of pet service request.The remaining balance will be credited to your account for future use and must be used within one year of date of credit.
Cancellations made 14 days or less before service begins: payment in full will be charged.
Cancellations made 15-21 days before service begins: 50% of service total will be charged and 50% will be credited towards future services to be used within one year.
Cancellations made 22 days or more before service begins: $50 service fee charged and all other payments will be credited towards future services to be used within one year of the date of credit.
For the safety of your four-legged loved ones and home, no other person should be permitted in your home during the service period. No other person is permitted to care for your pets during the service period. Failure to comply will result in a breach of contract (This is due to insurance reasons).
