Consultation Visit
The goal of this FREE meeting is for the client to meet their sitter. During this time, your sitter will learn your fur, feathered or finned kids routine so they can keep them on their regular schedule and keep their stress level low. Two copies of your house key must be provided. The sitter will make sure the keys work in your lock at the time of the meeting. We want to be sure we can visit your animals when they need us!
Ready Key Program- Your keys are coded, locked up, and insured. One key is with your regular sitter and one is on file in the office for emergency backup. This also saves you money since the sitter will not need to pickup or drop off keys before and after services are completed. We do not allow keys left on premises. Garage codes can be used however 2 keys still need to be available due to electrical storms. We do not accept garage door openers. If you opt out of the Ready Key program you will be charged $25 for each pickup of keys and $25 for the sitter to return keys after each return. This program really gives you peace of mind and savings!
Payment
First time clients MUST pay full amount at time of reservation. Future reservations of current clients pay at least 50% at time of reservation and 50% seven days BEFORE service begins. For Holiday reservations 50% is due at time of reservation and 50% is due NO LATER than 30 days BEFORE service begins.
Cancellations (non holiday reservations)
In order to best serve your needs, the cancellation policy is as follows –
Daily dog walks must cancel no later than 8:00am of the day service was requested (leave a message), or email for a credit for the following week.
Regular Vacation visits- 0-48 notice prior to any service – payment in FULL will be charged.
3-7 days prior to any service 20% of service total will be charged and 80% will be credited towards future services to be used within one year-minus any processing fees incurred.
8 days or more before any service- $25 service fee charged and all other payments (minus processing fees if incurred) will be credited for future services to be used within one year-minus any processing fees.
Any early returns from regular vacations will be charged for all service provided plus 48 hours of service .Any additional funds (minus processing fees if incurred) will be credited towards future services to be used within one year.
Holiday Cancelations
Any reservation including any holiday dates will fall under the Holiday cancelation policy.
14 days or less – before any service -payment in full will be charged.
15-21 days 20% of service total will be charged and 80% will be credited towards future services to be used within one year (minus any incurred processing fees)
22 days or more-$50 service fee charged and all other payments (minus processing fees if incurred) will be credited towards future services to be used within one year.
Trespassers
For the safety of your four-legged loved ones and home, no other person should be permitted in your home during the service period. No other person is permitted to care for your pets during the service period. Failure to comply will result in a breach of contract. (This is due to insurance reasons)
